How I can help

Neuroaffirming practice is at the heart of how I work, but my counselling is for anyone who feels my approach might suit them. I support adults from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including neurodivergent people and parents, carers and family members of neurodivergent children and young people.

Being neuroaffirming means recognising that there isn’t one “right” way to think, communicate, process information or experience the world. I won’t assume there is a particular way you should be. Instead, we can explore your experiences, needs, strengths and challenges with curiosity, compassion and without judgement.

You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, grief, relationship difficulties, stress or feeling stuck. You may be navigating masking, burnout or overwhelm, exploring your identity or neurodivergence, adjusting to a diagnosis, or supporting someone you care about.

I offer warm, neuroaffirming counselling to adults across the UK, online and by telephone.

You don't need to fit into a category

You might also be struggling with relationships, family difficulties, self-esteem, shame, work, university, caring responsibilities or changes in your life. Or perhaps you simply feel stuck and aren't quite sure why.

You don't need to know exactly what you need from counselling before you begin.
